This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.

20 hours:

- 1st Shift Hours: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
- 2nd Shift Hours- 3:30 pm - 3:30 am
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machining or quality issuesComplete preventative maintenance to support safe and consistent machine performance
- Perform visual inspections using microscopes as requiredUse precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and pressure micrometers
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&TPerform tool changes and make adjustments to maintain part quality
- Partner with team members to meet production and quality goals
What We Are Looking For
- Operator experience with Milling CNC machines
- Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using a microscope
- Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer
- Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments
- Previous experience with tight tolerances
- Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines
- Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines
- Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines
