Duties
- Conduct outbound door-to-door sales visits to prospective clients within assigned territories
- Engage customers through warm calling techniques, establishing rapport and understanding their needs
- Present product features and benefits clearly, utilizing consultative selling methods to tailor solutions
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress
- Leverage sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts and maximize productivity
- Maintain professional communication skills during face-to-face interactions and over the phone to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and improve outreach strategies
Experience
- Proven experience in outside or inside sales, preferably in technology or B2B sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
- Experience with sales automation tools and telemarketing techniques to generate leads effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Previous call center or telemarketing experience is advantageous for effective outbound calling and client communication
