Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing person who can also learn to assist in Bath and Kitchen Design. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our digital profile and marketing/design team transforming residential spaces into stunning, functional environments that reflect our clients’ unique styles and needs. Your expertise in architectural detailing, space planning, and material selection will bring visions to life through innovative design solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Marketing Assistent as well. OurDesign software is Chief Architect.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements for kitchen, bathroom spaces, othe interior spaces and exterior decks.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts using CAD software such as Chief Architect to create detailed layouts and 3D models.
- Produce precise construction detail documentation, including specifications for cabinetry, fixtures, lighting, and finishes that adhere to building code compliance.
- Generate high-quality renderings and presentations using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design software to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct building code analysis to ensure all designs meet safety standards and building regulations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the process.
- Assist in selecting lighting solutions and materials that enhance aesthetic appeal while supporting functional needs within budgets.
- Coordinate with construction teams during remodeling or renovation phases to ensure designs are accurately implemented on-site.
- Assist on Marketing Projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential interior design or kitchen/bathroom remodeling projects with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in CAD software including Cheif Architect, Adobe Creative Suite for drafting, rendering, and presentation purposes.
- Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools for efficient project management and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of construction detail documentation, building code analysis, and code compliance standards.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual presentations.
- Experience managing design projects from concept through installation while adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Familiarity with lighting design principles, color theory, graphic design software, and professional art or design practices is highly desirable.
- Background in construction or renovation projects with hands-on experience in remodeling processes is a plus.
