Job Summary
We are seeking multiple dedicated and vigilant Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our client, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond to incidents effectively, and a commitment to upholding security protocols. The Security Officers will play crucial roles in risk mitigation and ensuring the safety of the premises through surveillance and proactive measures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activities.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order on the premises.
- Provide assistance in conflict management situations, de-escalating potential issues.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as necessary for law enforcement or management review.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities.
- Utilize golf carts to patrol parking lots and exterior of corporate campus.
Requirements
- Valid security officer license.
- Military experience or law enforcement is a plus.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
