What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance/Safety Sensitive position at RML Auto?
Responsible for keeping all areas of the dealership maintained. Responsible for fixing minor repairs on all dealership buildings, if major repairs are needed outside the scope of experience you would be responsible for reporting them to the management team.
Repairs could include but not limited to, building leaks, lighting changes or fixes, plants or grass area surrounding dealerships, plumbing or electrical fixes.
