What are the responsibilities and job description for the Acctg Clerical position at RML Auto?
Responsible for closing all retail, wholesale and swap deals, prompt reporting all new vehicle sold units and incentives to the manufacturer, reconciliation of all mechanical service contracts and life and disability policies, preparing weekly commission reports, daily floor planning of new and used vehicles, the floor plan payoff of sold new and used vehicles and the monthly reconciliation of the floor plan account.
Responsibilities:
- Close all deals.
- Verify all money collected and the accuracy of paperwork.
- Overnight all appropriate documents to the individual lending institutions as designated on the finance contract.
- Inform office manager and sales management of any returned contracts and/or additional paperwork needed for funding.
- File all customer documents in individual folders in a secure location.
- Proper reporting of all mechanical service agreements and life and disability policies.
- Proper forwarding of all mechanical service agreements and life and disability policies.
- The proper billing and reconciliation of all mechanical service agreements and life and disability policies.
- Disability contracts as dictated by office policies and procedures.
