RMH Systems, one of the largest material handling, packaging, and industrial scale integrators in the Midwest, is currently seeking a well-organized and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our operations.
The primary objective for this role is to help support our sales and engineering teams and grow our business. This role is a combination of customer support, sales support, project coordination, order quoting, and order entry. Our inside team works hard to make sure our projects are organized and that our sales/engineering teams have what they need to be successful. Our inside team is the first contact point for our customer base. This individual needs to be organized, detail-oriented, positive, and reliable. This individual is responsible for order entry, order quoting, and aftermarket follow-up.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Take customer service calls and provide exceptional customer service to the caller.
- Daily order entry and provide support for the outside sales team.
- Order parts, consumables, and equipment and manage inventory.
- Provide costing info and create customer invoices. Match and file paperwork, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Coordinate stock orders between customers and our warehouse personnel.
- Act as liaison between customers, vendors, the company sales team, and parts departments.
- Assist with quote preparations as needed.
- Backup other inside team members when needed.
- Maintain customer and vendor files (electronic and paper).
- Facilitate the transfer of information from our suppliers to the end-user and/or company personnel
- Overall admin support for sales and service staff
- Sort and distribute mail
- Perform shipping & receiving functions for the office.
- Manage office needs, including ordering supplies
- Set up jobs, spare parts orders, and change orders in ERP’s
- Generates billing documents for projects, parts orders, service, and change orders.
- Contact customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.
- 2-year associate's degree and similar experience in inside sales, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Strong computer and typing skills with the ability to use Outlook and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication skills & self-starter
- Mechanical ability or industry experience is a plus.
- Pay is based on experience. $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
