Recruiting Specialist (Part-Time)

Pay: $24/hr | 10–30 hrs/week

RMG Staffing is growing, and we’re looking to bring on a Part-Time Recruiting Specialist to support our internal team. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys recruiting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

RMG Staffing is a full-service staffing and workforce solutions company supporting clients across hospitality, events, logistics, warehouse, administrative, and corporate roles. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates while delivering reliable, high-quality staffing solutions.

• Manage cycle of recruiting for temporary and seasonal roles
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple industries
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and internal team members
• Use ATS and internal systems to track candidates, interviews, and placements
• Ensure proper documentation, onboarding, and compliance
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the RMG internal team

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Full-desk recruiting experience (candidate sourcing client-facing support preferred)
• Experience recruiting in one or more of the following industries: Hospitality, Events, Logistics/Warehouse, Administrative, Corporate or Skilled Roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (required) and English (conversational proficiency acceptable).
• Comfortable using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
