Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of luxury vacation rental homes.
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners.
- Coordinate housekeeping, inspections, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle owner communication and problem resolution.
- Help improve systems and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business through outstanding service and professional relationships.
Qualifications
- 3 years of vacation rental or property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Destin, Miramar Beach, or 30A market preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Experience with PMS software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
