As we are expanding our reach in Terre Haute, we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Enrollment Associate to join our dynamic team!
As a Customer Enrollment Associate with us, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be required to respond to all customer service inquiries, resolve issues, and provide sales assistance regarding client needs. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you will directly contribute to client satisfaction and retention by providing effective solutions and fostering positive, in-person relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Associate:
- Provide direct sales support to prospective customers through friendly, helpful, and professional sales presentations as a Customer Enrollment Associate
- Assist customers with analyzing available Verizon products, making recommendations, placing sales orders, scheduling appointments, and all other steps of the sales process via direct, face-to-face contact as a Customer Enrollment Associate
- As a Customer Enrollment Associate, address client concerns and complaints in a calm and empathetic manner, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective sales solutions
- Develop and maintain a well-rounded understanding of Verizon products and services to continue to provide the most accurate customer service and sales solutions fitted to client needs as a Customer Enrollment Associate
- As a Customer Enrollment Associate, conduct on-the-ground research to document client feedback, competitor activity, and industry trends to ensure continuous company improvement
- Collaborate with your fellow Customer Enrollment Associate team members to reach your sales goals
What we are looking for in a Customer Enrollment Associate:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or client relations is a plus, but not required
- Great communication skills for face-to-face customer interactions
- Patient individuals are able to resolve issues empathetically and effectively
- A team player, able to work well in teams as well as independently as needed
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
