Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Interaction: Greet and assist walk-in residents with various concerns, such as maintenance requests, account balances, rules enforcement, and more.
- Work Order Management: Generate work orders and coordinate appointments between residents, maintenance teams, and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Move-In/Move-Out Support: Assist residents with move-in/out paperwork, including issuing access cards, updating intercom systems, and managing entry gate system updates.
- Rental Management: Oversee rental parking spaces and bicycle storage rentals, ensuring proper documentation and availability.
- Rules Enforcement: Draft and issue warning letters for rules infractions in a clear, professional manner.
- Building Inspections: Conduct weekly building inspections to identify maintenance issues and rule violations that require follow-up.
- Phone and Mail Management: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and handle incoming mail promptly and accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
