Essential Job Functions:
The Team Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for supporting sales and operations related activities throughout the loan process. They work with referral sources, borrowers and internal staff to ensure loans are supported and provide the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has strong communication skills and is sales oriented. In addition to providing support, the Team MLO will have the ability to self-refer loans to the team once licensed. This position offers a base wage plus the ability to earn bonus/commissions once licensed.
Job Requirements:
