Project Manager
A key role in overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and laboratory staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, issues, deliverables, and scope changes.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on quoting and scope of work documentation.
- Assist with client on-boarding and responsible for client setup in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Communicate laboratory capabilities to clients and RMB sales personnel.
- Communicate client project scope and schedule to laboratory operations staff and management.
- Review and maintain project documentation (QAPP, permits, Scope of Work, and purchase/task orders).
- Answer customer inquiries and advanced client questions.
- Peer review Chain of Custody (COC), scanning, and final handling.
- Prepare Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) as required by the client.
- Initiate project kick-off meetings/conference calls as needed.
- Final report review, including special handling requirements as determined by client.
- Monitor client project Turn Around Time (TAT) requirements and work with laboratory operations to meet client needs.
- Deliver final completed reports/EDDs to clients via their preferred method.
- Prepare, review, and submit invoices to clients for all project-related activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and addressing client needs.
