Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour
Responsibilities
We are seeking a per-diem Clinical Chaperone-Phlebotomist in our high patient volume clinic to support our physicians and ensure seamless patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Physicians with Procedures: Support physicians during infertility treatment procedures such as:
- IUIs (Intrauterine Inseminations)
- Ultrasounds (stim, pregnancy, 3D)
- Saline sonograms
- Post-operative care and physical exams
- Cyst or fluid aspiration
- Phlebotomy
- Anticipating physician needs and helping them stay on schedule.
- Accurately documenting procedures and patient interactions.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Calling for assistance from healthcare support personnel when needed.
We welcome applicants who possess the following skills and abilities:
- Phlebotomy experience (a must)
- Phlebotomy certification (preferred).
- Computer proficiency – ability to access, input, and retrieve patient information.
- Strong teamwork skills – collaborate effectively and promote team spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – engage with both patients and colleagues professionally.
- Problem-solving abilities – handle interpersonal situations with tact and avoid unnecessary conflict.
