Summary:
The Sales Operation Leader is a strategic partner to RM Lucas leadership who designs and builds the infrastructure necessary for hyper growth. The individual is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems & supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth & improve efficiencies. This role bridges the gap between ambitious sales targets and the day-to-day tactical execution, ensuring the Lucas Brand sales force is equipped with the right tools, processes, and insights to win. This role will be part of direct sales, part sales management of Independent Reps and part Lucas Brand support while working closely with the Director of Sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage the external Independent Rep sales team which currently reports to the Director of Sales. This includes frequent contact to ensure they are properly supported, motivated and connected to the Lucas Brand team. This role drives these relationships to ensure they achieve sales success. They will evaluate performance and terminate ineffective Reps. They will recruit new Reps and onboard them to fill coverage gaps.
- Drive Justo silicone sales
- Achieve 100% of sales goal monthly while driving expansion of the Justo program for future volume increases
- Coordinate with sales team to support their customers as well as Justo customers that are currently not covered.
- Support Inside Sales in terms of programs, promotions, processes, training, next-level direct customer contact
- Works closely with Customer Service Manager and their team in this regard
- Manage and coordinate key needs for the Lucas Brand product line including but not limited to:
- Price schedules
- Promotions
- Market communication
- Product launch schedules and checklist
- Product line change transitions
- Lucas Brand Alsip visitor host
- Maintain specifications and other technical documents
- Create job specific specifications when required
- Create distributor agreements where necessary
- Rebate creation and management
- Manage marketing collateral and fulfillment
- Lucas Brand metric management
- Growth pipeline
- Churn rate
- Customer vitality rate
- Hubspot Management
- Warranty
- Support Marketing programs specific to the Lucas Brand

Qualifications:

- Social media and digital strength to support CRM, all facets of social media.
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Experience in commercial roofing and preferably roof coating.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing or a related field
5-8 years experience in a sales operations, sales management or a related field is preferred.
Computer Skills:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, Google Sheets. Experience with Power Point (Presentations)
Compensation & Benefit Information:
Base Salary Range from $80k/yr to $95k/yr commission based on individual candidate experience, geographic location, skill, education and/or qualifications.
