Role Description The Landscaper is a full-time, on-site role based in Western New York, supporting commercial properties from Buffalo to Rochester. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing lawn and grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and seasonal cleanups. The role also involves planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf, as well as assisting with basic irrigation tasks and minor repairs. Landscapers help with landscape installation and enhancement projects, including bed preparation, hardscape support, and site cleanup. Depending on the season and business needs, the role may include snow and ice management activities, operation of landscaping equipment, adherence to safety standards, and working collaboratively with crew leaders and team members to meet quality and schedule expectations.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform core landscaping tasks, including Landscaping and Landscape Maintenance, with attention to safety and quality.
- Skills in Gardening, such as planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf.
- Familiarity with Irrigation practices, including monitoring systems, basic troubleshooting, and efficient water use.
- Exposure to or interest in Landscape Design concepts to support installation and enhancement projects.
- Experience operating or willingness to learn to operate lawn and grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Capacity for outdoor physical work in various weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to job sites in Western New York; prior commercial landscaping experien8ce is a plus.
