Field Project Manager/Warehouse Associate

As a FPM/Warehouse Assc. you will be an essential part or accurately and efficiently maintaining the warehouse as well as completing the necessary home measures.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with RMI Account Managers

• Measure homes

• Build relationships with other trades and customers on job sites

• Do take offs

• Submit quotes

• Handle customer relations to ensure satisfaction

• Communicate any changes to the original scope with customers

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of warehouse

• Work with purchasing to coordinate deliveries and receive PO’s

• Assist in the daily cut, stage, and loadout process

• Process pick tickets, review work orders, and release materials to installers

• Communicate installation information to installers

• Additional tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor

Required Skills/Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry best practices

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and flooring specifications

• Proficiency in project management software

• 2 years clean driving record

• Forklift certification a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.

• Ability to stoop, kneel, and crawl

• Ability to ascend and descend stairs

• Repetitive motion

Location & Hours:

• Full-time; Standard work week Monday to Friday

• Sporadic evenings or weekend work may be required as job duties demand with volume

• Warehouse located in West Sacramento, California

Compensation and Benefits:

• $24 to $28 per hour*

• Standard 3% - 10% annual bonus program based on tenure
