RM Automotive is one of the highest-rated independent automotive repair facilities in the San Fernando Valley. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Fleet & Commercial Business Development Manager to expand our commercial and fleet business.
What You'll Do
- Develop new fleet and commercial accounts.
- Build relationships with local businesses, contractors, and fleet operators.
- Partner with quick lube shops and tire centers that need a trusted repair facility.
- Develop referral relationships with dealerships, CarMax, and extended warranty providers.
- Build partnerships with collision centers and commercial fleets.
- Generate new business throughout the San Fernando Valley.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and grow existing accounts.
- Has successful B2B outside sales experience.
- Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
- Is self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Communicates professionally and confidently.
- Can work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Has a valid California driver's license.
- Automotive experience is helpful, but not required. We value relationship-building and business development skills above all else.
