Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Manager role located in Wheat Ridge, CO. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, drive sales targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing retail staff, creating and executing sales strategies, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring the store environment aligns with the company’s vision and values. The role also involves engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, providing design recommendations, and facilitating seamless transactions.

- Proven experience and proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide superior client experiences
- Ability to cultivate a high-quality Customer Experience and build lasting relationships
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the design and interior furnishings industry is a plus
- Organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
