We are seeking a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate to join our team in Wheat Ridge, CO. In this role, you will actively engage with customers to understand their design needs, recommend customized solutions, and close sales. You will manage the sales process, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. Additional responsibilities include staying up-to-date on product offerings, maintaining an organized sales floor, and ensuring a seamless client experience from consultation to project completion.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in sales and design software or willingness to learn relevant tools
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving goals
- Previous experience in luxury goods or design-related sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in design or sales are advantageous
