What You'll Do
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead and grow our facility maintenance department, supervising both maintenance staff and the maintenance planner. Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily maintenance activities, emergency breakdowns, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of work.
- Implementing and managing a new CMMS platform to track spare parts, work orders, and KPIs.
- Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to improve operations and support continuous improvement, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Managing maintenance budgets, forecasting, and monitoring departmental KPIs.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives, Lean projects, and team development.
- Ensuring thorough documentation, effective communication across shifts, and overall operational effectiveness.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Certificate in Maintenance Engineering Management or Industrial System Technology.
- 15 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Formal supervisory and leadership training highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CMMS systems (E-Maint preferred) and general computer proficiency.
- Knowledge in ISO, Lean, Lockout-Tagout, servos, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC/HMI programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R) is a plus.
