Position Summary
As an HR Coordinator, you will perform a wide range of human resources responsibilities across all HR disciplines. Your role involves supporting recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and administrative functions to ensure efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Recruiting and onboarding tasks, including reviewing and responding to candidate applications, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens and interviews and presenting new hire orientation.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters for new hires and enter in new hire information into HRIS system (ADP WFN) ensuring accuracy and completion.
Administrative Support
- Update and maintain HR department documentation and files.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into the HRIS system.
- Respond to incoming calls, mail, general HR contact as the initial response for the department and direct to the appropriate contact.
- Greet all visitors and direct them as needed.
- Open and sort all mail and deliver to appropriate person.
Compliance and Employee Support
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Greet HR department visitors and assist team members with inquiries and requests.
- Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and temporary disability claims.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience preferred.
Experience: Experience working in a Human Resources department strongly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidentiality is a non-negotiable in this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ADP Workforce Now.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift no more than 10 pounds.
Travel Requirements: Travel as required to other RLS facilities and employer-related locations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Work Environment: A fast-paced office setting with opportunities for growth.
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience and performance. This is an hourly position with a pay range of $26 - $28 per hour.
