About The Role
As an Account Coordinator on our Freight Brokerage team, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining carrier relationships to keep our customers' shipments moving. This is a great entry-level opportunity to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment.

About The Role
As an Account Coordinator on our Freight Brokerage team, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining carrier relationships to keep our customers' shipments moving. This is a great entry-level opportunity to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with shipping and receiving departments; relay information to dispatchers and drivers
- Build relationships with existing carriers and prospect new carriers to support customer shipments
- Negotiate rates with carriers
- Track and trace shipments throughout all stages of transit
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment when deciding which carriers to pursue and work with
- Meet predetermined performance metrics as outlined by your manager
- Support your team with all other duties as assigned — because here, we get the job done together
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
