RLM Industries, Inc. has been a premier Investment Casting Foundry for over 40 years. We are seeking an individual to assist in our casting department.

Melt assistant duties include: testing metal slugs for chemical composition, weighing metal into buckets and assist the casting department as needed. We are looking for a team player. who has good computer skills, is detail oriented and able to lift 50 lbs. Candidate must be able to withstand a hot environment.
You will start at $18/hr and will be on a 30 day probationary period. From there, as long as you are able to successfully complete all essential job functions, your pay will be moved to $19/hr.
