The individual is required to work on multiple assignments, with overlapping schedules, and needs to be able to multi-task.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Project Set-Up and Maintenance
- Maintain, track and update project-related records, including contracts, change orders and additional services. Enter the contract particulars into Ajera, including:
- Project ID and description
- Contract amount
- Phases and phase values
- Billing rate table
- RLG Project Manager and Principal
- Department
- Client Project Manager and Billing information
- Process Vendor and Consultant Invoices
- Email statements of account to the clients
- Answer Phones
- Deliveries for Survey
- Associate / Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or 3 years of relevant work experience in the field.
- Experience with Deltek Ajera preferred
- Sound judgment to assess situations and recommend solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear, concise, and effective documentation
- Attention to detail in reviewing, creating, and maintaining appropriate accounting records
