We’re searching for a US-based Technical Implementation Analyst to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver high-quality technical implementations and smooth customer transitions into RLDatix platforms. The Technical Implementation Analyst will apply strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to build, deploy, and support scalable solutions that help customers get the most out of our products. How You’ll Spend Your TimeImplement software installations, integrations, and upgrades to ensure customers transition smoothly onto RLDatix platformsBuild and manipulate SQL queries and data conversion scripts in order to complete ETL activities and support accurate data migrationDiagnose technical issues using established tools and methods to identify root causes and provide reliable resolutionsCollaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders in order to capture requirements and support tailored solution deliveryLeverage AI-assisted workflows and automation tools to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery processesWhat Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You HavingExperience in technical implementation, systems support, or software deployment within a SaaS or healthcare technology environmentProven success in delivering complex implementations, data conversions, or integration-focused customer projectsIn-depth knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Windows Server, IIS, authentication models (LDAP/SAML), and core networking conceptsSincere interest in service delivery, automation, and improving customer outcomes through technical solutionsA knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional, customer-focused environment By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
