The Account Executive – SaaS & Healthcare will own the full sales cycle by building new pipeline, managing key relationships, and closing new business to drive revenue and long-term customer partnerships for RLDatix.How You’ll Spend Your TimeProspect and qualify healthcare organizations to build a strong, high-quality pipeline.Manage full-cycle SaaS sales processes in order to close new business and exceed quota.Develop and deliver solution-focused product demonstrations to executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders.Build and execute strategic territory and account plans in order to penetrate complex healthcare systems.Collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams to tailor solutions and ensure smooth handoffs.What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You HavingMid-level experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years selling into the healthcare industry.Proven success selling complex technology solutions and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.In-depth knowledge of navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within hospitals or health systems.Ability to commute to the Lehi, Utah office 5 days per week.Sincere interest in healthcare technology, patient safety, and improving care delivery.A knack for working collaboratively across teams while owning your territory independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
