Program Analyst

About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst for the Regulatory program in the Jacksonville District. Responsible for analysis, evaluation, formulating, reviewing, and forecasting various Regulatory requirements to provide budget and program statistics and reports related to manpower, supplies/material, acquisitions, obligations and/or expenditures for the program.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Minimum Qualifications for GS-12:
Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: Maintaining records of funding, obligations and expenditures for assigned projects through financial management software; Developing spreadsheets, reports and databases for providing clear, easy to understand status reports regarding budgetary information and preparing financial forecasts based on past or future performance and other relevant data for budgetary scheduling and estimating.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
