Our projects range in size from $100 to $20 million and encompass all plumbing aspects from a simple service call to tenant improvements, ground up commercial projects, schools, hospitals, prisons, assisted living projects, high-rise student housing and design-assist projects. Wage will be based off of experience.
PROJECT ENGINEERING JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage professional relationships with vendors, wholesales, and product reps.
· Track multiple projects statuses
· PO’s, submittals, warranty letters, etc.
· Perform administrative tasks for project managers
· Create standard documents with project specific information
· Some level of experience with Microsoft office
· Facilitate communication and operations between field and office
· Knowledge of plumbing or mechanical fields helps
· Data management for projects
· Will print large format plans, organize and prepare them for the field.
- Mild level of heavy lifting for replacing large paper rolls
· Will visit construction sites with PPE
