Job Summary:
We have been providing innovative packaging solutions to other companies for the past 30 years and are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence and generate qualified leads. This role will focus on driving traffic through search engines, optimizing website performance, and managing digital campaigns.
This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities in B2B wholesale distribution markets.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and images for search engine performance.
- Monitor and improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly product pages, blog posts, and guides.
Content Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, including blogs, whitepapers, and videos.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral for email campaigns, social media, and paid ads.
- Use analytics to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns targeting B2B customers.
- Track ROI of digital campaigns and optimize for cost-effective lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website and campaign analytics using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Provide regular reports on traffic, SEO performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Recommend adjustments to digital strategy based on data insights.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or industrial markets.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website updates.
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
