Residential & Commercial New Construction
We are seeking a reliable part-time cleaner to join our growing construction cleaning team. This role focuses on final and post-construction cleaning for new residential and commercial buildings.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean newly constructed or renovated homes and commercial spaces
- Remove construction dust, debris, and materials
- Clean windows, floors, baseboards, cabinetry, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Detail work including fixtures, vents, and interior glass
- Follow safety and cleaning procedures on active job sites
- Work independently or as part of a small team
Schedule
- Part-time, flexible hours
- Weekday work with occasional weekends as needed
- Hours vary based on project workload
Qualifications
- Experience with construction or deep cleaning preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical work
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work without close supervision
