Customer Service Manager

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records, including but not limited to keying in orders.
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Receiving Payments from customers.

- Proof reading and editing documents or websites

-Filing paperwork or other office tasks during down time.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

-Must be proficient in word, excel, and google calendar.

-Previous leadership experience.

- Must be able to work extended hours in the months April through July.

- Must be able to work 4th of July and some other holiday's like Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
