Store Manager Employment Offer – Munster, IN
RKB Supply is pleased to extend this employment offer for the position of Store Manager at our Munster, Indiana location.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting sales activity, and collaborating on growth initiatives and internal systems that improve performance and scalability.
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000 annually
Monthly Sales Bonus: 2% bonus on net store sales (Inquire for more details)
Quarterly Performance Bonus: After three (3) consecutive months of meeting or exceeding sales expectations, the Store Manager becomes eligible for a $1,000 quarterly performance bonus. This bonus is paid for each quarter that sales performance is consistently maintained at or above established goals.
Long-Term Incentives: After a minimum of twelve (12) months of proven, consistent performance, additional bonuses, incentives, and leadership opportunities may be discussed. These incentives are performance-based and not guaranteed.
Role Expectations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Munster location
- Support sales activity and customer experience
- Collaborate on ideas for growth and internal systems
- Assist with hiring and training additional staff as business needs evolve
