Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
Description of Basic Functions: The Porter , under the direction of Maintenance Supervisor, plays a crucial role in ensuring our property remains clean, well-maintained, and inviting for current and prospective residents. You will work closely with the maintenance and management teams to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the community grounds, including walkways, parking areas, and common areas.
- Perform daily trash removal and ensure all garbage receptacles are emptied and cleaned.
- Assist with the upkeep of the landscaping, including watering plants, trimming bushes, and raking leaves.
- Support the maintenance team with light repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or resident concerns to the management team.
- Ensure the pool area is clean and properly maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, addressing their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- All other duties assigned and/or directed by supervisor(s).
Job Type: Full-time

License/Certification:
