Our clients firm oversees approximately $700M AUM while delivering a boutique, high-touch experience to high-net-worth clients. We take a team-first approach, ensuring our advisors can focus on strategy and relationships while being fully supported by planning and operations.
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Private Wealth Advisor to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to serve an established group of 100–125 client households within a structured pod, providing consistent client engagement and long-term stability.
The ideal candidate is a CFP® professional with a consultative mindset, a passion for holistic planning, and an interest in a career path built on ongoing client service—not constant prospecting.
What you can expect in your role….
Client Relationship Management
- Lead review meetings with existing client households, ensuring plans stay aligned with evolving goals, life events, and economic changes.
- Introduce updated planning strategies, investment insights, and tailored financial recommendations.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships and support multi-generational planning when appropriate.
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Partner with our Planning and Operations teams to build, refine, and implement comprehensive financial plans.
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure plans align with timelines, risk profiles, tax considerations, and long-term objectives.
- Integrate multiple areas of financial planning, including:
- Investment and portfolio strategy
- Retirement income and distribution planning
- Estate planning concepts
- Insurance analysis
- Tax-aware planning
- Education funding
- Business and succession strategies
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work within a supportive pod structure alongside financial planners and service professionals.
- Focus on advising, strategy, and execution—while leveraging dedicated support to enhance client experience.
- Contribute to a culture centered on teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional client care.
Non-Negotiables
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certified Financial Planner® designation
- Collaborative, caring, and service-oriented approach
- Ability to be in the Manhattan Beach office 3x/week
