What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist / Permit Technician position at RK Newman Electric Services, Inc?
Well established, family owned electrical contractor looking to add an office assistant to our team!
Looking for somebody who is responsible, dependable, honest and customer friendly!
Experience with the construction industry or contracting a plus!
Duties included but not limited to:
Scheduling jobs
Applying for permits
Answering phones
Responding to emails
Typing proposals
Taking messages
Collecting payments from customers
One year of office / dispatch and customer service experience preferred. Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. We also offer emergency services 24/7 365 days out the year commission based pay & flat rate per call for booked calls during after hour services. Please email resume for consideration.
