๐ Location: Atlanta, GA
๐ Duration: 6-week onsite project
We are seeking an experienced OCM Lead to drive the adoption of our Data, Information, and AI Governance framework. This role will be instrumental in embedding governance into daily business practices through structured change management, effective communication, and targeted training strategies.
๐ What Youโll Do
- Develop and implement change management strategies for governance initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness analysis.
- Build and lead a governance change champion network across business units.
- Design and deliver role-based, tool-based, and compliance-focused training programs.
- Create tailored communication materials for executives, SMEs, and technical staff.
- Partner with HR, Business, and IT to embed governance responsibilities into roles and performance metrics.
- Track and measure adoption success using defined KPIs (training completion, adoption rates, feedback, etc.).
๐ฏ What Weโre Looking For
- 10 years of organizational change management experience (5 in data/technology transformation).
- Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
- Demonstrated success embedding governance or compliance frameworks at scale.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and resistance management skills.
