- Draft and manage performance documentation, track attendance, and maintain performance records
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring all exit procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Address payroll inquiries by collaborating with the payroll team and following up on employee questions
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Address employee concerns and grievances, and mediate conflicts as necessary
- Coordinate and support employee training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of HR activities and employee records
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to all employees
- Support the performance management process, including tracking and documenting employee performance
- Travel to multiple client sites weekly for HR visibility and accessibility
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Adherence to all RK Safety, Quality, ISO and HR policies and standards
