Requirements
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing new hire packets, coordinating orientation logistics, and tracking completion of required documentation
- Support maintenance of personnel files, including onboarding paperwork, compliance forms, and employment records
- Perform data entry and updates in HR systems to ensure employee information is current and accurate
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team in a high-volume, hourly workforce environment
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct questions to appropriate HR team members as needed
- Assist with compliance tracking, including safety training, certifications, and audit readiness documentation
- Support HR projects, audits, and process improvements as assigned
- Maintain documentation related to timekeeping, attendance, and workforce reporting
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sense of urgency
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Interact professionally with employees across all levels, including hourly workforce
- Follow established processes while adapting to changing priorities
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Data entry, recordkeeping, and document control skills
- Ability to review and organize large volumes of information efficiently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies in data or documentation
- Ability to learn and navigate HRIS and timekeeping systems
- Organizational and prioritization skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Customer service orientation with a professional and responsive approach
- Basic understanding of workplace documentation standards and compliance requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Adherence to all RK Safety, Quality, ISO and HR policies and standards.
