RK c- is currently seeking a part-time PR Assistant, Fashion in its TriBeCa headquarters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an excitement for fashion PR and strong ability to multi-task on a daily basis. This position will report into RK c-'s Account Manager and mentor the company's dynamic team of interns.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively media monitor, clip and service coverage to clients on an at-once basis
- Serve as day-to-day contact for media appointment scheduling, reporting and sample/gifting coordination with clients
- Oversee day-to-day sample and gifting
- Merchandising and organizing RK c-'s showroom
- Cultivate relationships with VIPs, influencers, and styling teams on behalf of RK c-
- Curating target lists for seedings, press events, and releases
- Manage and delegate intern tasks
- Work in tandem with RK c-'s Account team to support deliverables on a daily basis to a selection of the company's fashion client portfolio
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a fashion PR agency setting is a must (internship experience OK)
- Extremely organized and ability to manage up within an organization
- Outstanding communications skills and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience, full time, or internship at a boutique agency
- Strong experience working with logistics
- Knowledge of the pop culture and fashion landscape
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Mac proficient as well as Launchmetrics, Cision and Fashion Monitor knowledge
