Temporary Executive Assistant needed ASAP!
Our client, a prestigious developement firm located downtown, is seeking to hire a temporary Executive Assistant for a long-term ( 5 months) position.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and send correspondence
• Provide administrative support to a Chairman and Executive VP
• Schedule and organize internal/external meetings , make reservations and personal appointments
• Coordinate travel – domestic and international
• Maintain and manage busy calendars
• Prepare and process expense reports
• Respond quickly /accurately to email correspondence
Qualifications:
• Proficient with MS Office
• Must have 2 plus years of experience as an Executive/ Administrative assistant in a corporate setting
• Be proactive- work independently as well as part of a team
• Be available to work Monday through Friday in office
