About the Role
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Commercial Customer Service Agent to support our commercial clients and agency team. This is a client-facing role focused on service, communication, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
• Support commercial clients with daily service needs
• Process endorsements, certificates, and renewals
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and team members
• Assist producers with account servicing
What We’re Looking For
• Commercial insurance or customer service experience preferred
• P&C license helpful (we’ll support you in obtaining it)
• Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
• Positive attitude and team mindset
