RJC Contracting Inc. is hiring a full-time Facility Maintenance & Industrial Technician for steady, year-round work. You will use your hands-on mechanical and electrical skills to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and commercial facilities. What You Will Do
- Repair and Maintain: Troubleshoot and fix industrial and commercial machinery, hydraulic systems, and HVAC/R components.
- Weld and Fabricate: Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding and custom fabrication projects.
- Electrical Work: Handle low and high-voltage electrical systems, controls, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Facility Upkeep: Complete general facility maintenance, upgrades, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Read Schematics: Interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose problems.
- Safety and Support: Safely operate tools and industrial lifts while delivering great service to our clients.
What You Need
- Experience: Proven background as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Maintenance Technician.
- Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience using diagnostic tools (ammeters, ohmmeters).
- Welding: Hands-on welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Requirements: Fluent in English, reliable transportation, and willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Preferred: Experience with automation, PLCs, and industrial electrical controls.
