This is a full-time on-site role for an Asphalt Estimator at R.J. Zavoral & Sons, Inc. The Asphalt Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, quantities, and materials required for asphalt paving projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project plans, conducting site visits, preparing estimates, and collaborating with project managers and clients.
- Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Quantity Surveying skills
- Knowledge of asphalt materials and paving processes
- Experience in analyzing project plans and conducting site visits
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software for estimating and project management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Salary : $65,000 - $78,000
