Roofing Siding on site supervisor/running stock

must have a drivers license. Must be able to get to the work truck pick it up and drop it off every day Work truck has a GPS locator on. It’s a track. Your hours must have experience with Siding roofing and construction. Also framing this job entails running to get the contract talking to when needed. Also doing walk around every 30 to 45 minutes to make sure everything is going is up to my which will go over if hired must keep the company truck clean, which you will have plenty of time to do because you do sit around a lot when you are supervise in the crew. Need experience guy that knows what he’s looking for that is willing to do what needs to be done to make sure when I go there to get a check. I do a walk around with the customer and they are happy so he will have to talk to the customer. Do a walk around. You will have to catch mistakes before it is too late so it can be fixed. I know you won’t catch every mistake, but you will have to try to catch mistakes before the customer sees it. This is a very laid-back and easy job some days you do a lot of driving some days you do a lot of sitting in the truck the issue I am having these people are getting too comfortable. I went through three guys and they are not doing the job that I hired on the deal. They only get the stock and then they sit in the truck and sleep. They don’t do the actual hot part is to make sure that the job is running smoothly. Everything everything is being professionally done cleaned right and installed right answer any questions. Do a walk around. let know if they need plywood and how much it would cost for example. The issue I am having is the last week guys will run and get stock but to the I pull up to get paid and have because a lot of stuff is still undone so a lot of attention to detail. It’s a very easy job for somebody willing to do the few easy things I ask other than that is . this job also includes in the morning count in stock making sure we have enough stock for the day if we do not have enough stock taking a complete stock list only going to the store once or twice that unless running into unknown in the past, I’ve had guys go to Home Depot 20 times in one crew will ask you for a tube of and then they will ask you for one piece of step flashing. It is your job to make sure that everything is there in that stock pile before they need it if you can do that and talk to a homeowner and you will do very good at this job.
