What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packager position at RJ’s Meats?
RJ’s Meats in Hudson, WI is looking for a packager to join our 23 person strong team. We are located on 1101 Coulee Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working and goal-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Accurately measuring, weighing, and loading products into packaging equipment
- Loading, unloading, or stacking potentially heavy (40 pounds or more) products or materials
- Maintain a sanitary and safe work area
- Communicate with Production Manager daily for specific projects and goals
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic Microsoft Word knowledge
- Food service experience preferred. Training will be provided.
- This is a year-round, full time position with availability Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Must be able to stand on feet for 90-100% of 9 hour shift
- Must be over 18 years old.
