At RJ Promotions, we're in the business of helping other businesses succeed. For more than 30 years, we've produced premier consumer shows throughout the Midwest, connecting exhibitors with thousands of engaged consumers through home shows, boat shows, RV shows, hunting expos, holiday markets, and specialty events.
We're looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Event Sales Representative (Show Manager) to join our team and help drive the success of our shows and exhibitors.
What You'll Do
- Sell exhibit space to new and existing exhibitors
- Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Prospect and generate leads through referrals, networking, research, industry associations, and competitor events
- Follow up consistently to maximize customer retention and repeat business
- Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information in our CRM system
- Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with team to drive show success
- Travel to assigned events and assist with on-site show management, including setup and teardown as needed
- Help ensure every event delivers an outstanding experience for exhibitors and attendees
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred)
- Strong phone, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree and event industry experience are a plus
- Passion for hunting, fishing, boating, or the outdoors is a bonus

Pay: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
