Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify new clients and expand market reach through direct outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs across health, life, property casualty, and commercial sectors
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company guidelines
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, ongoing support, and excellent customer service
- Stay informed about insurance regulations, HIPAA compliance, and industry trends to provide accurate advice and maintain regulatory standards

Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or financial products
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance knowledge
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred to serve diverse client populations effectively
