Seeking an individual with inside sales experience to join the RJ Mann team at our Williston, ND location.
Responsibilities:
- Quote, invoice, and process orders
- Order, ship and receive parts
- Complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist Account Managers with customer orders
- Provide superior customer service
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Assist walk-in and telephone customers
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Represent RJ Mann & Associates in a professional manner
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis, occasionally up to 50lbs
