What You’ll Do

• Build and manage strong carrier relationships
• Secure and negotiate freight opportunities
• Match carrier equipment to load requirements
• Proactively ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Deliver positive, end-to-end customer experiences
• Act as a key liaison between carriers, internal teams, and customers
• Use TMS and logistics tools daily
• Are incentivized by unlimited performance-based earning potential
• Bonus: Experience in logistics brokerage or relationship-driven sales

Compensation

Starting at $50,000 base plus unlimited performance-based incentive pay potential. Total earnings are uncapped and directly tied to individual results.
